ALABEL, Sarangani (December 4, 2014) – Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) including children with cerebral palsy join the parade during the opening of the 22nd Foundation Anniversary and 12th Munato Festival of Sarangani Province on November 27. The PWDs showed their active and full support to the provincial leadership. Earlier this month, the Sarangani Provincial Government provided free wheelchairs and other assistive devices and prostheses to the beneficiary-residents of the province with the help of NGO partners namely the Physicians for Peace and Latter Day Saints Charity.
