ALABEL, Sarangani (December 19, 2014) - Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon expresses his ardent support to the Sarangani Transport Alliance for Reforms and True Development (STARTed) Federation Inc. during the 3rd Sarangani Transport Day on December 9 at the Capitol Gymnasium. The provincial leadership thru Gov. Solon, Cong. Manny Pacquiao and Vice Gov. Jinkee Pacquiao facilitated the creation of STARTed to look after the welfare of the transport group in the province.
