ALABEL, Sarangani (December 19, 2014) - Officers and members of the Sarangani Transport Alliance for Reforms and True Development (STARTed) Federation Inc. place their entries into the box for their raffle draw which gave away one unit motorcycle for the grand prize, one unit seven-cubic refrigerator for the second prize, a television for the third prize, and consolation prizes of units of rice cookers, other home appliances, packs of groceries, and cash during the 3rd Sarangani Transport Day on December 9 at the Capitol Gymnasium.
