ALABEL, Sarangani (November 30, 2014) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon holds a storytelling session for pupils during the 2014 National Reading Month held at Alabel National Science High School on November 26. The National Reading Month is a simultaneous activity with the Department of Education to continue and promote its “Every Child a Reader Program”, making every Filipino child a competent reader and writer.
