ALABEL, Sarangani (December 19, 2014) - Board Member Hermie Galzote, Agriculture Committee chairman and the whole Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) headed by Vice Gov. Jinkee Pacquiao, approves the authority of Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon to sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Agriculture for the farm tools during their regular session on December 9. SP members also approved the authority of the governor to sign the MOA with the Plan International for the para-teachers of the REaCH-Mindanao (Resiliency and Change for Children, Families, and Communities Affected by Armed Conflict in Mindanao) program catering out-of-school youth of Sarangani.
