ALABEL, Sarangani (December 9, 2014) – Anacleto “Bobby Saya-ang, president of Sarangani Province Employees Union (SPEU), receives a copy of Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 2014-8-144 from Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao during the Employees Night at the Capitol Gym on November 27. Saya-ang, who is also president of the region-wide Public Sector Alliance of SOCSKSARGEN, was commended by the SP “for his exemplary leadership and performance” as president of SPEU and for being elected as president of PSEAS. The SPEU under Saya-ang has constructed covered pathways from the gates of the Capitol compound towards the buildings.
