KIAMBA, Sarangani (December 19 2014) - Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon congratulates the father of a newborn baby while the governor tours around the newly built delivery room complex of Kiamba District Hospital on December 8. This P75-Million budget for the hospital construction and renovation, including the ongoing improvements, is subsidized by the Department of Health with a counterpart from the Provincial Government of Sarangani and help of Congressman Manny Pacquiao.
