KIAMBA, Sarangani (February 14, 2012) – Cabales Inarbia School street-dancers win 2nd place at the 8th Timpuyog Festival Tuesday, February 14. The municipality was also celebrating its 64th Foundation Anniversary to culminate with a Valentine’s Ball and concert/disco in the evening.
