ALABEL, Sarangani (February 6, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez and Tirso Santillan Jr. (left), CEO of Power Business Unit of Alcantara Group of Companies, assist Mayor Corazon Grafilo (center) during the turnover ceremony of one-classroom school building for Dacera Elementary School Monday, February 6, as Southern Philippines Power Corporation (SPPC) plant manager Engr. Bernardo Zamora looks on. The building donated by SPPC is equipped with 40 school chairs, electrical lightings, comfort room and ceiling fans. According to the Department of Education, this is the 102nd school building constructed at this point in time across the province under the administration of Governor Dominguez.
