GENERAL SANTOS CITY (February 2 2012) – Schools Division Superintendent Allan Farnazo and Board Member Eleanor Saguiguit award the token of appreciation to Rosevida Dominguez and Richlie Lyndon Magtulis, Alcantara Foundation director and executive director, respectively, as among the private partners of Governor Migs Dominguez in making Sarangani an education community at the tribute party for the governor Wednesday, February 1, at Paseo del Sol. Governor Dominguez, who turns 35 on February 5, has instituted education reforms in public schools which raised literacy levels across the province.
