MALAPATAN, Sarangani (February 15, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez listens to a constituent in a community consultation after the turnover ceremony of two school buildings for Naidas T. Opong Elementary School and two classrooms for Amado Quirit Sr. National High School in the same barangay Wednesday, February 15. The governor committed to fund the construction of a classdorm and be operational in the next school year for high school students living in far-flung areas in a written agreement with barangay officials that all Grade VI pupils will graduate this coming summer.
