MALAPATAN, Sarangani (February 15, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez and Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Allan Farnazo assist lot donor Helen Quirit in cutting the ribbon during the turnover ceremony of DPWH-funded 2-classroom school building for Amado Quirit Sr. National High School in barangay Kihan Wednesday, February 15. Dominguez and Farnazo with municipal officials also turned over two more school buildings for Naida Opong Elementary School in the same barangay.
