GENERAL SANTOS CITY (February 2, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez gets teary eyed as a pupil from Alabel Central Elementary School pins a ribbon of excellence for championing education in Sarangani at his surprise tribute party organized by public school principals and administrators in partnership with Quality Education for Sarangani Today (QUEST) Wednesday, February 1, at Paseo del Sol. Governor Dominguez, who turns 35 on February 5, has instituted education reforms in public schools which raised literacy levels across the province.
