MALAPATAN, Sarangani (February 15, 2012) – Dr. Allan Farnazo, Sarangani public schools superintendent, appeals to the tribal elders to only allow their women to get married if they had finished high school during the turnover ceremony of Department of Education-funded two school buildings for Naidas T. Opong Elementary School and DPWH-funded two-classroom school building for Amado Quirit Sr. National High School in the same barangay.
