Classmates under Sarangani Big Brother

ALABEL, Sarangani (April 16, 2012) – Sarangani Big Brother participants at Ladol Elementary School accompanied by their parents attend the province-wide simultaneous opening program of “Sarangani Big Brother: Reading is Fun! Season 5” Monday, April 16. This is a reading program designed to assist the Department of Education in improving reading skills among incoming Grade 2 and 3 learners identified as “frustration readers”. “Frustration readers” are those who can identify words but have inadequate or no comprehension at all.
