Sarangani Big Brother ice breaker

ALABEL, Sarangani (April 23, 2012) - "Big brothers and big sisters" lead an action song as ice breaker during the “Sarangani Big Brother: Reading is Fun!” summer reading program of the provincial government implemented by Quality Education for Sarangani Today (QUEST) and Alcantara Foundation that aims to reduce if not eliminate "frustration readers" of incoming Grade 2 and 3 learners of identified elementary schools in Sarangani. The youth volunteers will assist teachers in handling classes for the whole duration of 15-day reading program using the module as the teaching guide developed by Department of Education.
