Sarangani Big Brother game time

MALAPATAN, Sarangani (April 17, 2012) - A volunteer facilitates the “pass the message” game during the simultaneous province-wide first day of classes of “Sarangani Big Brother: Reading is Fun! Season 5” Tuesday, April 17, at Tuyan Elementary School. SBB “Reading is Fun!” is a 15-day reading program run by the provincial government’s Quality Education for Sarangani Today (QUEST) program designed to assist the Department of Education to improve reading skills of “frustration readers” among incoming Grade 2 and 3 pupils.
