MALAPATAN, Sarangani (April 24, 2012) – Residents of barangay Kinam warmly welcome Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon as he joins the barangay celebrate its 42nd foundation anniversary Sunday, April 22. Vice Governor Solon gave used clothing for the people of Kinam during the community outreach activity. Mayor Alfonso Singcoy also delivered a message stating that projects to be implemented in Kinam by provincial and municipal officials would be a teachers’ dormitory, school building renovation, Kasfala hall, farm to market roads and a covered court from Congressman Emmanuel Pacquiao.
