MAASIM, Sarangani (November 17, 2012) – Governor Migs Dominguez receives the plaque of leadership from Lt. Gen. Jorge Segovia, commander of Eastern Mindanao Command, during the handover of Internal Security Efforts (ISE) – Lead Role of Sarangani Province and Change of
Command Ceremony at 73rd Infantry Battalion camp Thursday November 15. Governor Dominguez proudly pronounced that “Sarangani has reached its maturity. We had almost completely solved the root causes of rebellion. I know I have seen former rebels here.” The plaque was given to the Sarangani leadership for being a strong partner in peace and development efforts.
