KIAMBA, SARANGANI (October 3, 2012) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon greets residents of Kiamba during a get-together and thanksgiving bash at the municipal gymnasium after the municipal officials filed their certificate of candidacy (COC) Tuesday, October 2. Earlier in the day, Vice Governor Solon also filed his COC for governor together with re-electionist Congressman Manny Pacquiao and his wife Jinkee Pacquiao who is running for vice governor under the United Nationalist Alliance– People’s Champ Movement (UNA-PCM).
