MAASIM, Sarangani (November 17, 2012) – Sarangani officials headed by Governor Migs Dominguez and Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and officers of 10th Infantry Division Philippine Army sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Internal Security Efforts (ISE) at the 73rd Infantry Battalion camp during the handover of Internal Security Efforts (ISE) – Lead Role of Sarangani Province and Change of Command Ceremony Thursday, November 15. The Sangguniang Panlalawigan is in the process of reviewing the requisite Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the ISE-lead role of the province.
