ALABEL, Sarangani (July 25, 2013) - Board Member Elmer De Peralta (extreme left) swears into office the Digital Innovation Cluster Economic Development – Sarangani Philippines (DICED) officers at the Capitol gym Wednesday, July 24. DICED is a non-stock and non-profit multilateral organization envisioned to be the voice for Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The ICT in partnership with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) conducted an animation road show and workshop participated in by students of Alabel National Science High School and Alabel National High School. This activity organized by the Sarangani ICT Council has this set of officers: president, Engr. Raymund Diaz; vice president for internal Florence Rey Rivac; vice president for external, Sheila Dayap; secretary, Marivic Lomocso; treasurer, Alvin Cuajao; auditor, Joey Pamularco; business manager Carmen Barnes; public information officer, Ariel Lalisan and for the secretariat, Engr. Nenita Barroso from DTI. Board Member De Peralta represented Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao for this event.
