ALABEL, Sarangani (July 9, 2013) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon talks with flashflood victims from Purok Tagumpay, Maharlika and Masagana at the Municipal Gym Tuesday, July 9. Fifty-seven families and 209 dependents were affected. The provincial government of Sarangani and the municipality of Alabel ensured the safety and immediate needs of the victims.
