ALABEL, Sarangani (July 11, 2013) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon signs the contract of service Thursday, July 11, of 125 Madaris facilitators who serve as Azatids (teachers) of the Madrasah centers in Sarangani. With the governor is 2nd District Board Member Eugene Alzate (center), Abdulrauf Samio and Alip Bahalol, Madaris facilitator of barangay Tuyan, Malapatan. The Madaris facilitators provide and supervise values education to young Muslims, contributing to the development of responsible citizen, God-fearing and peace loving leaders. Annually, an average of 3,000 young Muslims enroll in Madaris which holds classes every weekend.
