MAITUM, Sarangani (November 9, 2012) - Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) members of Victoria Tañedo Garcia Elementary School participate in a workshop on how to develop and help children pursue their dreams through quality education at barangay Zion Monday, November 5. The event was an education summit implemented by the Quality Education for Sarangani Today (QUEST) program which is dubbed KKK (Karunungan Kontra Kahirapan). The summit which gathered over 100 participants aims to unite barangay council, parents, teachers, students, and the local government unit to work hand-in-hand in bringing about quality education to Sarangani kids.
