ALABEL, Sarangani (November 27, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez explains to investors and stakeholders why it is way better to invest in Sarangani than some of its counterparts in Mindanao during the Investment Conference Monday, November 26. Dominguez also discussed new business incentives in the province's Revised Investment Code. The activity also highlighted Sarangani's 20th Foundation Anniversary celebration and 10th Munato Festival.
