GENERAL SANTOS CITY (October 10, 2012) – Sarangani Governor Migs Dominguez delivers his welcome message Wednesday, October 10, during the 9th Regional Council of Personnel Officers Annual Conference held at Family Country Hotel and Convention Center. It was hosted by Sar-Gen (Sarangani-General Santos City) chapter. Some 435 CPO members from Sultan Kudarat, Cotabato City, South Cotabato, North Cotabato and Sarangani-Gensan gathered for the event.
