GLAN, SARANGANI (October 9, 2012) – Nancy Binay (center), daughter of Vice President Jejomar Binay, is assisted by Zambales 1st District Representative Mitos Magsaysay (left) and former Senator Ernesto Maceda (2nd left) in the ceremonial ribbon cutting for the turn-over of Senior Citizens’ Building in Glan from Vice President Binay through the office of Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon Monday, October 8, in line with the celebration of 13th Lubi-lubi Festival and 98th Foundation Anniversary of the municipality. The turn-over ceremony was attended by senior citizens headed by their federation president Elena Perez (3rd right).
