GLAN, Sarangani (October 5, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez addresses Sarangani teachers during the "I LOVE MY TEACHERS’ DAY" tribute of the provincial government through its QUEST program in line with the World Teachers Day Celebration Friday, October 5, at the municipal gymnasium. QUEST (Quality Education for Sarangani Today) is Governor Dominguez’ education reform program which has placed Sarangani in the forefront of “education revolution” in the villages.
