ALABEL, Sarangani (September 27, 2012) - Barangay Captain Hilario Villamora (9th from right) receives banana seedlings from Ronald Babatin (7th from right) of World Vision, donor of 14,000 banana seedlings, at a ceremonial turn over and banana leaves livelihood project training in barangay Alegria covered court Thursday, September 27. This livelihood project that would benefit 195 families living in far flung sitios is in partnership with the office of the Alabel municipal and Sarangani provincial offices of agriculture, Alcantara Foundation and Sarangani Agricultural Company Inc.
