MAITUM, Sarangani (September 21, 2012) - A Grade 2 pupil of Victoria Tañedo Garcia (VTG) Elementary School patiently waits for her turn to get a free "As a Filipino" student's workbook during its distribution at barangay Zion Thursday, September 20. The "As a Filipino” student's workbook together with teacher's handbook which are funded by the UnionBank of the Philippines were being distributed by QUEST (Quality Education for Sarangani Today) to all Grade 2 pupils and advisers of public schools around Maitum.
