MALUNGON, Sarangani (May 31, 2012) - Haydee Bernabe of SMART Communications congratulates Ramil Alvarado for winning the “Sarangani Big Brother: Reading is Fun!” essay writing contest with the theme “Reading inspires, my story as volunteer”, in teacher category, Thursday, May 31, during the Sarangani summer remedial class program provincial culmination at Malandag gymnasium. SMART Communications provided a computer as prize to each winner of the essay writing contest for youth volunteer and teacher categories and for the top four of the 10 most outstanding schools for Sarangani Big Brother program implementation.
