MAASIM, Sarangani (May 31, 2012) - Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon leads the ribbon cutting ceremony during the inauguration and turn-over of four classrooms for Hilltop Elementary School in barangay Kabatiol Wednesday, May 30.
