MALAPATAN, Sarangani (June 4, 2012) - Governor Migs Dominguez (in white polo shirt) discusses with barangay officials how to access funds for the rehabilitation of the dilapidated makeshift classrooms of Daan Suyan Integrated School Monday, June 4. The governor in his speech pledged cash assistance as additional funds for the construction materials needed.
