GENERAL SANTOS CITY (July 22, 2012) - Sen. Allan Peter Cayetano and Mayor Elsie Lucille Perrett pose with some of the 50 college scholars enrolled at Edenton Mission College, Inc. in Maitum Saturday, July 21, as the senator delivers checks for their tuition fees and also to personally meet them. Cayetano promised to assist his scholars until they finish their college course.
