ALABEL, Sarangani (August 6, 2012) - Guiobaira del Rio, 42, grimaces as she cries for joy upon receiving the wheelchair turned over by Board Members Eleanor Saguiguit and Virgilio Clark Tobias assisted by a Mahintana Foundation staff Monday, August 6, at the Capitol gymnasium. Two hundred wheelchairs from DOLE Philippines were distributed to persons with disability and senior citizens beneficiaries from all over the province under Mahintana Foundation’s "Alay Gabay para sa Maginhawang Buhay" program.
