ALABEL, Sarangani (August 4, 2012) – A scouter at the Eastern Mindanao Regional Scouts Jamboree spars in a boxing clinic at the Provincial Capitol Grandstand Friday, August 3. Scouting is a worldwide youth movement with the aim of supporting young people in their physical, mental and spiritual development, that they may play constructive roles in society. The movements employs the Scout Method, a program of informal education with an emphasis on practical outdoor activities including, camping, woodcraft, aquatics, hiking, backpacking and sports.
