Police officer educates IBDF volunteers

MALAPATAN, Sarangani (August 1, 2012) – Malapatan Deputy Chief of Police P/Insp. Rodel Javison lectures the Integrated Barangay Defense Force (IBDF) volunteers of barangay Kihan about patrolling system, first responder, warrantless arrest, internal security operation, arm defense and proper hand cuffing technique during the seminar orientation to over 300 IBDF members and volunteers. The said activity is in partnership with the office of Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and Philippine National Police which aims to equip IBDF volunteers with knowledge and skills as peace keepers and security volunteers of their community.
