Governor elect of KIWANIS SYNERGY Club of Gensan, flash the "Kiwanis sign" Monday, August 6, during the turnover of 200 wheelchairs from DOLE Philippines to persons with disability and senior citizen beneficiaries of its "Alay Gabay para sa Maginhawang Buhay" program at the Capitol gymnasium.
