Water sports challenge

ALABEL, Sarangani (August 3, 2012) – High School level scouts of Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) – Eastern Mindanao Regional Scouts Jamboree from Regions X, XI, XII and XIII make a sand sculpture as part of their water sports challenge at Kawas beach Thursday, August 2. This year’s Regional Scout Jamboree is hosted by Sarangani Province thru the BSP-Sarangani Council, Provincial Government of Sarangani, and the Department of Education-Division of Sarangani.
