GENERAL SANTOS CITY (September 4, 2013) – A doctors and nurses medical team arrive from Manila Tuesday, September 3, for the Surgical Outreach Mission in Sarangani and General Santos City in partnership with World Surgical Foundation and sponsored by Congressman Emmanuel Pacquiao, Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao. The Surgical Outreach Mission is held for three days at General Santos District Hospital.
