ALABEL, Sarangani (October 9, 2013) – Students of Alabel National Science High School, provincial government officials, teachers and PTA officials offered a two-minute prayer for the late Congressman James L. Chiongbian, the father of Sarangani at ASNHS Monday, October 7, his birth anniversary (October 7, 1920).
