MALUNGON, Sarangani (September 25, 2013) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (in blue shirt) and Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao (in floral blouse) mingle with children in barangay Tamban Tuesday, September 24. Barangay Tamban was celebrating its 41st Foundation Anniversary and Bong Klehew Festival with the theme “Tamban Ipadayon ang Paglambo, Pag-uswag og Panagahiusa”.
