13th PSEAS anniversary opens in Gumasa

 GLAN,Sarangani (October 20, 2013) – Bobby Saya-ang, president of the Public Sector Employees Alliance of SOCSKSARGEN (PSEAS),leads the opening of PSEAS 13th foundation anniversary celebration in Gumasa Friday, October 18.
