KIAMBA, Sarangani (November 18, 2013) – Leopoldo Roberto Valderosa (left), Director III of the Civil Service Commission Regional Office XII, facilitates the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) orientation and seminar held at the Municipal Mayor’s Conference Room Friday, November 15. The CSC has directed all government agencies to introduce SPMS, a system that aims to strengthen the culture of performance and accountability in the bureaucracy by ensuring that individual employees are achieving the strategic goals, mission, and vision of their organization. The seminar brought together human resources officers and employees from government to help them understand and appreciate the different performance management systems, and share best practices of its implementation.
