ALABEL, Sarangani (October 23, 2013) – Regional Tourism Council chair Michelle Lopez Solon, wife of Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon, urges women to continue rising up and become women of excellence as she shares her experiences at the fellowship night of the 7th Regional Congress of Women in Cooperatives and Sarangani Provincial Rural Improvement Club – Women in Development of Sarangani(RIC-WINDS) Achievement Day with the theme “Women in Cooperatives, pave the way for inclusive growth” at Capitol Gym Tuesday, October 22. The two-day congress was attended by cooperatives from Maitum, Kiamba, Maasim, Alabel, Malapatan, Glan, Tacurong, South Cotabato, North Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat and General Santos City.
