ALABEL (October 4, 2013) – Board Member Cesar Nallos Jr., Board Member Elmer de Peralta and department heads of Capitol join the physical exercise at the Capitol Grounds Friday, October 4. The event was participated in by over 3,000 Barangay Health Workers (BHW) in celebration of their 9th BHW Regional Congress.
