Governor Solon declares Roach as adopted son of Sarangani

ALABEL, Sarangani (November 11, 2013)- Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and the provincial government of Sarangani has declared Frederick Steven “Freddie” Roach as an adopted son of the province during the flag raising ceremony Monday, November 11. According to the citation, Roach is an instrument for molding Rep. Manny Pacquiao to become a world boxing icon, bringing pride to Sarangani and the Philippines.(Jake T.
