GENERAL SANTOS CITY (November 25, 2013) - Sarangani Congressman Manny Pacquiao gets a hero’s welcome at GenSan airport upon his arrival from Macau Monday, November 25. At his left is Sarangani Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao. The congressman was honored with a motorcade from the airport to the city’s downtown area up to the Provincial Capitol of Sarangani in Alabel.
