ALABEL, Sarangani (November 18, 2013) – Capitol employee Gil Figueroa, 65, receives a plaque of recognition from the provincial government represented by provincial administrator Mariter Sayson (center) and a check from Sarangani Province Employees Union president Anacleto Saya-ang (right) during the flag ceremony Monday, November 18. Figueroa rendered 18 years of service as maintenance and construction man of the Provincial Engineering Office. He also received a retirement ring from SPEU worth 20,000.
